What if I have a problem with my products?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch within 7 days to arrange return. Once the item has been received back, in the original, unused condition, a replacement or refund can be arranged - please be aware that the buyer pays the return postage. If returning an item, please include details of your name, address and telephone/e-mail contact.

How do I make payment?

Payments can be made directly via BACS from your bank account to mine. Please make a BACS/Direct payment and include the reference number, Payee, Sort Code and Bank Account details as below: Ref: Number Product Name Payee SM Holman Sort Code 11-02-97 Bank Account 00164470 Once an item is selected and purchased in your shopping basket we receive confirmation of your purchase. We will hold an item for 24 hours and await your BACS/Direct payment transaction to clear. If you are having a problem making your BACS/Direct payment please get in touch to avoid the items you have selected going back on sale.

How long will it take for my item to be posted?

Unless otherwise requested, we post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings by First Class Royal Mail (signed for and trackable).

Privacy Policy

We respect our customers' privacy and do not share or store any financial details or share any personal details with third parties. When you make a purchase we do store the details you submitted to make your purchase to allow us to manage your enquiry. We do have a newsletter and only contact those clients who have signed up. Safety and fire retardancy

All the laminates used to make the lampshades adhere to strict safety codes and have passed all fire retardancy testing, making all the lampshades I make fire retardant.
